Happy October!! I love that this most beautiful of months is starting off in a spectacular way - birds chirping loudly, golden sun beginning to light up the trees, and the promise of the autumn colors to come.
A great little day trip we took last Saturday is reflected in my new header photo, and I will bring you more of the beauty later. Just wanted to wish everyone a beautiful day.

Thanks, Kittie....it really is. We were on this beach, just south of New Bedford, last Sat. It was a trip down memory lane to a place where I spent a lot of time in the 70's and early 80's. It is just off-Cape and called the Southcoast of MA. I have lots of photos to post later today. A magic day with my love.

One of my favorite days and months. You don't really see and enjoy the awesomeness of autumn until you travel out east to see the colors run up the hills. Here, we sort of get a "flat on" view, but we love it.
