Just a bit of Family Pride

How lovely to see this yesterday and just had to share this wonderful story. Jean Driscoll is such an inspiration and a very special member of our family.
My brother, Marty, coached her to 8 wins of the Boston Marathon, and now she is inspiring Marty's son, Sam!

What a wonderful story!!! Made me tear up. I don't blame you for showing your family pride. It is a wonderful story and to know that your brother had such an impact on the lives of others! He must be a remarkable man! It must be so rewarding to see the people he has helped go on to help someone else and his own son!!...and little Sam may grow up to help someone else too. Great story!...debbie

What an inspiring story. Brought tears to my eyes. Your remarkable brother has given and contributed so much...little Sam will be a treasured legacy. My hub's in Boston as I type, a gathering of the immediate clan to cheer on niece Lurie during Monday's race. Hub ran it in 2000, a life-long dream come true.

Than you so much dear friends....I can hardly talk about Marty without crying still. Tomorrow I am going to try to write a piece about Dad, the Boston marathon and Marty.
Wish.
